Bariatric Heavy Duty Wheelchair

The bariatric heavy duty wheelchair is designed to support users up to a maximum weight of 35 Stone 8 lbs. The seat width is 22" making it wider to allow for heavier users to sit comfortably.

The self-propel wheels are fitted with a chrome handrims to allow the user to manoeuvre themselves if they wish to, giving you more independence indoors or outdoors. The Heavy duty wheelchair serves an important purpose to provide the user with the opportunity to regain more mobility and more independence, furthermore the added benefit of self propelling means the user is staying active.

A double cross brace provides extra strength and security to support the user. The heavy duty wheelchair still is easy to fold and collapse with swing away footrests, meaning the wheelchair can be transported by a vehicle.
