The ROHO Dry Floatation Mattress Overlay system is suitable for people who require skin/soft tissue protection, and is ideal for users who are at risk of skin breakdown or require deep tissue therapy. With 720 air cells offering the user greater pressure distribution and conformity. 

The ROHO Mattress overlay comes in four sections. Each section can be adjusted to address the specific support surface needs of the body shape and size of the user. The 3.5" air cells can be adjusted to shape and conform to the users body and can provide a total contact environment, ideal for facilitating wound healing.

The ROHO Mattress Overlay requires no external power source in order to operate effectively; therefore, no energy consumption or worries associated with an electric pump of power failure is needed. Furthermore, the lightweight mattress weighs 14.4 kg for the entire system, making it extremely portable and adaptable to different care settings or locations if needed. 

The Neoprene rubber which the mattress is made from is flame resistant, as well as being resistant against urine, oils and medicines. Easily cleaned with soap and water and can even be steam autoclaved if necessary.

For users that are highly incontinent, drainage holes are placed in the base to pull fluids away from the user, and to address the problems of maceration associated with wound healing.
