We have a wide network of courier partners and can deliver to over 70 countries worldwide. The price will vary from our standard delivery terms for our UK customers, therefore please email [email protected] to request a quote or call us on 01625 424 438.
On the rare occasion we may run out of stock. This will always be communicated to you as soon as possible. We will inform you when we will be receiving more stock of your item and if you choose to we can place your items on back order, ready for immediate dispatch when new stock arrives.
Delivery Time & Tracking:
In the instance of engineered delivery we will agree with you a suitable day and time to make sure that someone is at home to allow us access and for us to assemble, demonstrate and answer any questions you might have.
In the instance of choosing standard delivery where a courier will drop your purchase off, please make sure that someone is at home to sign for delivery. You will be able to track your products status throughout the delivery journey.
Missing Your Delivery:
If you think that you will not be able to be present when the courier is scheduled to delivery your purchase, we recommend that you instruct the courier to leave your parcel with your neighbour.
If you stated for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, The Helpful Hand cannot be held responsible or claim against any missing or damaged items.
If you have missed your delivery then we would recommend rescheduling the courier to delivery at a suitable time or to collect your product(s) from your local depot.
